Coffee, tea, and snacks available all day was a good perk! Super cozy atmosphere with fresh pastries 24/7.

I really enjoyed its genuinely helpful employees.

Location in the center of the city was a plus.

Location: the hotel was right by Lisbon and major attractions, and central square. Tried some nice meals at O Chefe e o Mar, located next to the property...

Perfect location in the city. The room was super clean and looked brand new. Super nice team and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with tasty treats always available. I loved the cozy atmosphere.

I have stayed in double room with a great view, a fabulous bathroom, for instance for 7 nights. The breakfast offered a great selection of fabulous meals. The position was good, next to a bus station.

Well, the area was quite busy overall.

This hip new hotel is well-maintained with exceptionally nice staff. Food options are fab. It boasts marvellous location close to Rossio, and the main shopping street as well as restaurants and bars.

Charming decor with unique interior design.

I encountered significant issues . The AC in my room failed to work properly, leading to an uncomfortable night as I woke up sweating. I was disappointed to find there were no complimentary coffee or tea facilities in the room, and had to venture to the lobby for my morning drink. The lack of basic amenities felt below standard for a hotel that advertised as four-star.

It offered us fab location near to the main shopping street as well as restaurants and bars and Lisbon and major attractions and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and always attentive, and requests were handled quickly.

Nothing to dislike.

Beautifully decorated rooms, excellent breakfast options, friendly attentive staff, grewt hotel.

Breakfast featured an excellent variety, including fresh fruit that was hard to resist. While the staff was friendly, many were still in training, causing occasional delays in service. The noise from the street at night was disruptive, and the room felt slightly cramped for the price paid.

This place was a well-suited match for a break on my long journey in Lisbon and great for the money. The staff was accommodating, quickly helping me check in despite my late arrival. Try to get a room higher up for better street views.

pleasant stay with minor quirks

The staff extended warm greetings. Our room was well-maintained, reflecting high cleanliness standards. An afternoon treat of biscuits and cake was a good surprise that we appreciated . And a landmark view from our room enhanced our experience.

The only minor downside was the noise levels from the street at night.

Rooms were beautifully designed, with fine brick walls and a lovely view of the square. Clean, comfy, and loved the clever repack area for souvenirs! Worth a stay for the aesthetic vibes and a solid bathtime unwind.

But my AC turned off at night-woke up hotter than a summer day! No room tea? Looks like I had to take a trek for my morning caffeine fix.

The breakfast here is great with a wide variety of options including croissants and pastries.

I really enjoyed the coffee and tea available all day. Those yummy desserts left out for guests made my stay feel special. There are nice spots to chill and even a cozy lounge to unwind in after a busy day. The only small hiccup was the room size, which is typical for Europe, but overall, it didn't take away from the great experience. 😊
